Returns


RETURNS (Online orders only)

We love all the products we sell, but if you find your order isn't quite right, don't worry, you can return it to us.  Send your unwanted items back within 14 working days with proof of purchase, making sure they are unused and good as new, in their original packaging with all swing tags still attached, please use the address label provide on your delivery note and enclose a copy of the delivery so we know who it's from.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for the return.


When we've received your goods your order will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.

IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price purchases if returned within 10 days, in perfect condition with your till receipt. We do not offer an exchange against sale or discontinued items.
Credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue.

FAULTY GOODS
We work hard to ensure we source and develop products of the highest standards, however, sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.

If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible
