All our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from our Bournemouth store. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.  You will be sent a tracking number via email and/or SMS so you can track the progress of your order.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery is £4.50  Orders are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Hour Service. 

Need it a bit faster then 24 Hour delivery is available at £7.99 operating on week days only, last posting time is 4pm

  • SugarMango does not accept responsibility for any delivery instructions arranged between you and the delivery service. For example you can agree a "safe place" with them to leave your post if you are not home (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) and we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Pick Up in Store 

You can choose to collect your online order in store for FREE. All Click and Collect orders will be available to collect from our Southbourne store at 37 Southbourne Grove, Southbourne, Bournemouth. BH6 3QT  During normal working hours 9.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday (excludes Bank Holidays)  items are usually ready to collect with in the hour, but please wait for a confirmation email or text.

When collecting, please bring along your order details, including the order number.


ORDER RELATED QUERIES

My order has not arrived, where is it?

If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be for the following reasons:

• Royal Mail has experienced a delay
• Royal Mail has made a delivery attempt and has left you a calling card

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to supply us with the correct delivery address.  Any loss or delay due to incorrect information being given will solely lie with the the purchaser and is not the responsibility of SugarMango Ltd.  

Please be aware if use PayPal to purchase your item that the address used in your PayPal account must match the delivery address, or this may cause the parcel to be sent to your PayPal default address. 

RETURNS (Online orders only)

We love all the products we sell, but if you find your order isn't quite right, don't worry, you can return it to us.  Send your unwanted items back within 14 working days with proof of purchase, making sure they are unused and good as new, in their original packaging with all swing tags still attached, please use the address label provide on your delivery note and enclose a copy of the delivery so we know who it's from.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for the return.

When we've received your goods your order will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
