The three hero notes within our Relax and Release Sleep Mist are Marjoram, Nutmeg, and Lavender. Marjoram, a relative of Oregano, has a wonderfully calming and sedative effect on both mind and body. We love how the warm, woody aroma blends with the tension-releasing effects of Nutmeg, which layers beautifully with the deeply relaxing Lavender - all working together to aid in sleep.
